Interview with Cannibal Corpse bassist Alex Webster
For the past seventeen years, Metal Blade recording artists Cannibal Corpse has been churning out solid, genre defining Death Metal. They have long been known for their horror and violence-inspired, nightmare-inducing song titles such as “Beheading And Burning,” “Shatter Their Bones,” "Skull Full Of Maggots" and "Hammer Smashed Face."
Show Review: Cannibal Corpse @ Knitting Factory, April 7, 2009, Boise, Idaho
Tonight is only the second time Cannibal Corpse has come to Boise in their 20+ years of writing and touring. The first since 1996; but when they finally showed again, they brought a talented arsenal of diverse metal along with them.
Interview with Cannibal Corpse bassist Alex Webster
Recently I got the chance to pick the brain of one of the most intense and influential bass players on the planet, Alex Webster of Cannibal Corpse. Interview with Cannibal Corpse bassist Alex Webster
One of the most controversial metal bands in North America (and ultimately the world) is the hard, heavy, and gory Tampa area group Cannibal Corpse. With all the adversity and controversy that the band is forced…
Interview with Cannibal Corpse drummer Paul Mazurkiewicz
Gore, gore, gore! What fan of gore can’t help but think about Cannibal Corpse? They are the top band of the death metal elite for almost 20 years running now. To those that have never read an interview with the band before, you would think that meeting these guys would be intimidating to say the least. Maybe you could be the next subject matter for three minutes on the next album. But in actuality, these guys are some of the…
Cannibal Corpse - "The Bleeding"
If you have never heard death metal or thrash, then this (or any other Cannibal Corpse release) will be the most intense thing to grace your CD player... ever. The vocals are the widely accepted, semi-brutal style that infrequently breaks into a crazy scream. The scream itself sounds like some crazy fucker you want to run from.
Cannibal Corpse - "Kill"
Leading death metal today is Cannibal Corpse. For over 15 years they have been one of the bands keeping death metal active and setting the standards. Ever since their first album Eaten Back to Life, they have been consistent with their sound, yet still getting more technical over time. Cannibal Corpse have had their first…
