NOCTURNAL FEAR Split with Longtime Drummer, Find New Replacement
Nocturnal Fear, Detroit's war-thrash death-squad, have discharged longtime drummer Aggressor. New drummer Witchhammer is already learning the band's set, and the band is rehearsing tracks for forthcoming new album 'Excessive Cruelty,' to be released next year on Moribund Records. Says founding guitarist Rev. Chris Slavehunter PhD., "It's not easy being in Detroit's and arguably the USA's fastest and most face-ripping thrash band. Witchhammer has the devotion and drive to become a true NF shock trooper! Our new album and shows will bear this out. Heed my words, posers - the knock on your door in the middle of the night may be us! Death to false metal!"
As previously reported, Nocturnal Fear recently added new member Warmonger on bass. The band is rounded out by Slavehunter on all guitars and Devastator on vocals. A release date for Nocturnal Fear’s 'Excessive Cruelty' will be announced later this year.
